Location: Charlotte, NC
Inside sales contact for our customer base. Processing all necessary projects, orders and paperwork to meet customer needs and expectations.
Maintain direct communication with management, client, sales and production.
3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment and customer service
Proficient in Microsoft & Excel
Extreme attention to detail
Great oral and written communication skills
Print industry or Graphics Arts experience helpful
Will be required to work 40 hrs a week
