5115HSWA "High Speed Wrap Around" Bottle Labeler was
specifically designed for the wine and water bottle industries
making it both rugged and dependable. Built to handle almost
any cylindrical glass or plastic container, the 5115HSWA's host
of advancements such as our patented vacuumized reverse-feed
wrap belt is designed to accurately apply full wrap, partial
wrap, or front and back wrap labeling at very high speeds. The
5115HSWA can handle both paper and film labels. Its compact
footprint and rugged construction make it easy to integrate

Label-Aire Inline Series 6000

The Inline Series 6000's optional features allow you to easily
build a system to meet your specific labeling requirements.
Need a simple wrap conveyor system? Or instead, a high-speed
front/back system with dual feed screws and a top trap hold
down? With the Inline Series 6000, you can have it your way.
The Inline 6000 is an open frame labeling system that can be
outfitted with a full range of 3100 Series applicators (wipe-on,
air-blow, or tamp-blow) and features a delrin chain conveyor
in lengths of 6 feet to 12 feet with a choice of 4.5 inch or
6.0 inch conveyor widths.
The 6000's options include extruded aluminum or stainless steel
side plates, speeds up to 1,200 inches per minute with the optional
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), user-friendly digital/PLC controls,
top trap hold down, single or dual feed screws with soft start,
powered or non-powered impressors for secondary wipe down, metering

Label-Aire 6015/6115 Wrap Around

6015/6115WA "Wrap Around" Labeling System has a smooth-running
variable speed conveyor which results in improved labeling accuracy
plus the ability to run smaller products.
It automatically spaces your products and has a user-friendly
pedestal-mounted control panel. Since the 6015/6115WA is compatible
with the 2111 and 2115 series labelers, it easily adapts to
your growing needs. Designed for trouble-free full- and partial-wrap
labeling at medium speed, high-volume, and multi-shift operations.
It can easily handle full- and partial-wrap labeling.
Labeling head options include the high-speed 2111 Air-Blow,
the ultra-fast 2115 Wipe-On, and our New Generation Wipe-On
heads. It has a rugged design to handle most adverse production
environments and has a user-friendly pedestal mounted control

Label-Aire Inline Series 9000

|
Inline 9000 is a structural steel cabinet based
PLC-controlled labeling system designed for heavy duty front/back,
side panel, or applications. Among its standard features are
a swing arm control panel, a 12 foot delrin chain conveyor with
extruded aluminum side plates, and a segmented top trap hold
down to keep your products in place.
Other standard features include Automatic Speed Following (ASF)
for product surface profiling, a 1 HP motor for long-lasting
durability, and dual applicator mounts with in/out traverse,
up/down, with tilt adjustments for maximum versatility. Standard
speeds up to 1,500 inches per minute and optional speeds up
to 2,000 inches per minute with the optional Variable Frequency
Drive (VFD) make the 9000 the ideal choice for demanding applications
requiring speed and precision. |

Label-Aire Rotary Series 9000

|
The rugged yet advanced Rotary Series 9000 was designed specifically
for high-speed, high accuracy labeling applications. It is also
easy to install and can operate at speeds up to 600 cpm. Configurations
range from 4 to 40 stations with up to six applicators, and
the machine's small footprint allows it to slip easily into
your line. The Rotary 9000's innovative tool-less change parts
mean more uptime from faster and easier change-overs.
The Rotary Series 9000 can also be outfitted with Label-Aire's
full range of 3100 Series applicators allowing you to take advantage
of this applicator line's advanced features such as automatic
setup for easy change-overs, Automatic Speed Following (ASF)
for added label placement accuracy, and stepper motor power
for wider range speed variability and lower maintenance. |
