CTM 3600 Series

3600PA Printer Applicator is rugged & versatile, high speed, thermal transfer labeler used to print and apply pressure sensitive labels to various products.

A Sato or Zebra print engine is integrated into an applicator to form a self-contained unit to print variable data. It is assembled with right or left hand printer modules & is mounted in various positions to apply labels to the top, sides, or bottoms of a multitude of products with its proven tamp-blow application.

3600-PA Dual Action Tamp (DAT) Printer Applicator is a high speed, thermal transfer Labeler used to print and apply pressure sensitive labels that can be programmed for single or two panel labeling application applied to various cartons, cases or pallets.  The single panel can be applied to either the front or the side. Sato or Zebra print engine integrated into the applicator to print variable data. It can be mounted in almost any position to apply labels to the leading, side or trailing panels of various products. 

CTM 1800PA

The 1800PA Printer Applicator is a thermal transfer labeler for entry level, low cost applications used to print and apply pressure sensitive labels to various products. A Sato Lt408 print engine is integrated into an applicator to form a self-contained unit to print variable data.

Assembled with right or left hand configurations, the unit can be mounted in various positions to apply labels to the tops, sides or bottoms of a multitude of products with its proven tamp-blow application.

Label-Aire 2139

The Model 2139 Printer Applicator thermal transfer or direct transfer imprints and applies labels around any corner or two labels on adjacent panels utilizing a vacuumized air drum.

One-to-one print and apply allows for the immediate application of each label as it is printed. Pre-printed labels can also be applied utilizing a Model 3115 as the label dispenser. The 2139's sturdy swing arm can be configured for cartons or pallets labeling any two adjacent panels or any side requiring two labels. The heavy duty H-frame mounting stand can be bolted to the floor for added stability. The 2139 is compatible with all O.E.M. table top printers.

Label-Aire 3038

3038 is a mid-range printer applicator featuring a host of advancements such as enhanced two-line digital display with full error messaging, user programmable PLC outputs, standard velocity compensation with optional encoder which results in accurate label placement through changes in product velocity, and multi-page memory (for saving setup parameters). All these handy features greatly simplify setup and changeovers. The 3038’s tough corrosion resistant, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction provides durability and maintenance-free operation for the most demanding applications.

3038 Printer Applicator with Stepper Tamp gives you the ability to print and label products of random sizes allowing you to mix various products on the same conveyor line reducing downtime.

Label-Aire 3138-N

The 3138-N is an ideal choice for the most demanding applications. Advanced features include automatic setup with multiple programmable label pages for easy change-overs to labels of different sizes, rate compensation for improved label placement accuracy, and advanced user-configurable I/O connectivity. All these handy features greatly simplify setup and change-overs. Its rugged stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction is corrosion resistant providing long-lasting durability and maintenance-free operation in the most hostile environments. Like all Label-Aire printer applicators, the 3138-N is compatible with any O.E.M. printer on the market.

3138-N DAT with heavy duty dual action air cylinder tamp rotates 90° across the conveyor to apply the first printed label. The second straight line stroke extends applying the second label onto the side panel.

3138-N Merge utilizes wipe-on technology for fast, accurate, and versatile labeling. Its features simplify setup and change-overs.
