Job Title Outside Label/Packaging Sales
Location New England
Job Description: As a field representative, you will maintain existing customer base, you will seek new opportunities and be expected to develop and establish a new customer base in parts of New England. You will call on customers, provide product information and quote customer prices. You will coordinate sales efforts with an inside customer service representative and provide data on all opportunities and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify all potential sales opportunities and sell products such as labels and labeling equipment through communication and onsite qualification of customer needs
- Maximize sales within territory to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Develop generic and specific customer presentations and proposals
- Travel as required to develop business opportunities
- Adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2-3 years outside sales experience (package printing knowledge and experience preferred)
- Developed skills in negotiations, questioning techniques, closings, territory & account management, and objection handling
- Capability to function with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
