There are many things to consider when determining the right material for your label, including but not limited to: type of package, moisture, outdoor weather resistance, temperature, UV light, scuffing, budget, etc. Your Sales Representative and/or Account Service Rep is an invaluable resource when it comes to answering specific label questions and helping you determine what product and application will be best for your needs.

MPI Label Systems has a full spectrum of capabilities when it comes to designing, printing, finishing and dispensing of your custom printed labels. Our printing processes consist of digital, flexographic, screen printing, and thermal transfer printing. You can learn more here >>

 

We have a flexographic press that can print up to 12 colors and unlimited digital capabilities in many of our production facilities.

 

In most cases, minimum order quantities are determined by the type of label material used. Special order materials require higher minimum order quantities versus label material that is kept in stock. We are able to fill small orders using our Digital Printing Division. It is best to discuss your needs with an MPI Sales Rep and/or Account Service Rep to determine the right mix between material, minimum order quantity and pricing requirements.

We offer both choices. Our technicians can travel to your facility to provide installation of new equipment, train your personnel how to operate it, and repair equipment to keep you up and running with minimal downtime or your equipment can be shipped to our location for repair. We also do in house board repairs.

Yes, we stock common parts and most parts are shipped out the same day as ordered.

 

Our RFID specialists will work with you regarding your particular application and help you choose the right RFID label for your project.

Our Thermal Systems Specialist will assist you with a recommendation based on the environment it will be used in, along with the quantity and width of labels that will be printed.

We sell both black and colored ribbons for most common thermal transfer printers. The roll sizes are made to the manufacturer’s specifications for each printer model.

 

As a full-line label and equipment supplier, MPI has encountered and met most every kind of label challenge. MPI promotes a “total solutions” approach.

Similar to the color inkjet or laser printer you may have in your home or office, process printing utilizes four colors – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black – in different densities to create just about any color.

Maximum label width is 26 inches. The maximum label length is 24 inches. We also have a wide web press that can print up to 41″.

Yes, our RFID thermal printers will print and encode your labels. The label encoding software comes with an easy RFID wizard to help you program your tag with the correct information.
