UCAT-2 (powered)

UCAT-2 Unwinder is specialized for the unwinding job and unwinds on demand.

When the printer takes in blank label stock, it lifts a Sensor Arm on the UCAT-2, signaling its demand for more labels. The Unwinder then advances label stock under power until there is sufficient stock that the Sensor Arm relaxes and stops the assisted unwinding. The Unwinder then waits until the printer once again signals its demand for more labels by lifting the Sensor Arm. The amount and speed of power assist can be adjusted with the TORQUE Control Knob.

UCAT-S (non-powered)

Non-powered Unwinders are less expensive than Powered Unwinders but require your printer to pull the labels off the roll and into your printer.

To reduce wear and tear on your printer, and for larger label rolls, choose a Powered Unwinder.

LR4500

LR4500 is a label rewinder that rewinds labels from thermal transfer printers or reels. Use 2 LR4500 to unwind and rewind labels for proper orientation of labels

• 2 speeds (slow and fast)

• Bidirectional (forward and backward)
