CTM 360RW Series

360RW Label Applicator combines the robust performance characteristics and reliability of the 360 Series Labeler with SAMSys “State of the Art” RFID technology to meet the most rigorous RFID Labeling Production demands. The 360RW will read, encode, verify and apply RFID labels to both moving and stationary products. Labels that cannot be verified are rejected and will remain on the liner.

The 360RW is equipped with “State of the art” electronics featuring a dual microprocessor control and onboard I/O pre-wired to external connectors for ease of interfacing a multitude of “plug n play” options and accessories. The control assembly is packaged as a module that can be easily removed for repair or replacement, eliminating costly downtime and servicing.

CTM 3600RW Series

The 3600RW RFID Printer Applicator is a rugged and versatile, high speed, thermal transfer labeler used to encode, print and apply pressure sensitive RFID labels to various products. A Sato or Zebra print engine is integrated into an applicator to form a self-contained unit to print variable data.

Assembled with Sato and Zebra printer modules, the unit can be mounted in various positions to apply labels to the tops, sides or bottoms of a multitude of products with its proven tamp-blow application. Small and large labels can be accommodated with its built-in bar codes and alpha-numeric fonts.

Label-Aire 2139 RFID Printer Applicator

The 2139 RFID Printer Applicator can thermal transfer or direct transfer (via model 3115 Wipe-On applicator) encoded RFID tags around any corner utilizing our patented vacuum air drum. The 2139’s advanced RFID features include EPC, Class 0, Class 0+, Class 1, Gen 2 RFID tag encoding, fully integrated UHF/EPC print-and-apply technology, user friendly Label-Aire RFID tag formatting software, and an innovative Tag Rejecter mechanism. The 2139 RFID’s sturdy swing arm can be configured for cartons or pallets labeling any two adjacent side panels. The heavy duty H-frame mounting stand can be bolted to the floor for added stability.

Label-Aire 3115, 3115/11, 3115/14 RFID

The 3115 RFID Wipe-On features include Automatic Speed Following (ASF) which allows product surface profiling, ensuring wrinkle-free labeling on even the most difficult product shapes and label materials (optional encoder required). Zero Downtime Labeling allows your production to continue without costly interruptions. Product/label queuing and missing label compensation virtually eliminates unlabeled products. This units advanced RFID features include EPC, Class 0, Class 0+, Class 1, Gen 2 RFID tag encoding, fully integrated UHF/EPC technology, user friendly Label-Aire RFID tag formatting software, and a patent pending Tag Rejecter mechanism.

The 3115 RFID can also be configured for tamp-blow or air-blow labeling.

Label-Aire 3138-N RFID Printer Applicator

The 3138-N RFID is based on Label-Aire’s most advanced printer applicator, the 3138-N. The 3138-N RFID’s advanced features include automatic setup with multiple programmable label pages for easy change-overs to labels of different sizes, rate compensation for improved label placement accuracy, and advanced user-configurable I/O connectivity. All these handy features greatly simplify setup and change-overs. The units advanced RFID features include EPC, Class 0, Class 0+, Class 1, Gen 2 RFID tag encoding, fully integrated UHF/EPC print-and-apply technology, user friendly Label-Aire RFID tag formatting software, and an innovative Tag Rejecter mechanism. The 3138-N RFID is compatible with any O.E.M. RFID printer on the market.
