Zebra’s 110PAX4 and 170PAX4 print engines are designed to meet your demands with improved serviceability, a faster first label out time with 12 ips print speed and functional RTC.

Designed for high-speed, high-throughput applications, PAX OEM print engines are ideal for print/apply systems, including mission critical industrial applications, high-volume product, carton, case, and pallet labeling, and product identification.

Connectivity includes optional 802.11b wireless, 10/100 Ethernet, or European 28V I/O.

All PAX4 print engine models (built after March 15, 2005) are RFID ready.

R110PAX4 (RFID)

Zebra’s R110PAX4 supports all variants of EPC Class 1, Class 0, Matrics 0+, ISO 18000-06B and Philips UCODE 1.19 transponders with an integrated ThingMagic UHF EPC RFID multi-protocol reader/encoder The reader allows for software upgrades for new protocols, offering solid investment protection for your RFID initiatives.

With the Zebra R110PAX4 print engine, print-and-apply systems can become RFID enabled without significant mechanical modifications.

Offered in both right and left hand versions with 203 or 300 dpi, the R110PAX4 offers enhanced RFID processes for fastest throughput. The RFID calibration feature automatically selects the program position for optimal transponder placement, and RFID counters keep track of good and unusable labels. The R110PAX4 also offers XML-enabled printing.
