CTM 360 Series

The 360 Series Label Applicator is a rugged, versatile labeler loaded with standard features not found on most other applicators. The 360 can be configured as a merge, blow-on or tamp-blow applicator and each module can also be easily switched to an opposite hand with no change parts in a minimum of time. The 360 is available in 5", 7-1/2" and 10" widths and all units are stepper motor driven and include Dual Microprocessors, State-of-the-art electronics, intelligent control equipped with onboard I/O, and a “Self-teaching” label sensor.

The 360 stepper drive uses a micro pulse driver for increased accuracy and performance. The 360 Series & 360HS High Speed labeler is programmable to dispense labels at up to 2100 inches per minute. 360A dispenses labels up to 3000 per minute.

360HS is equipped with 20” non-powered unwind/powered rewind.

CTM 360FFS Labeler

Form, Fill, and Seal

The 360FFS is designed for most form, fill and seal applica­tions along with those applications that allow for a limited amount of space for the labeler. It has an adjustable snorkel that adjusts the applicator’s labeling point from 18” to 30”.

The stepper drive motor will dispense up to 1500 inches per minute of dispense speed. It has “Auto Teach” label set-up for label length, label stop and label sensor sensitivity and a labels per minute rate indicator. Comes with a totalizing label counter for data management.

Label-Aire 3100 Series

3111 delivers speed, accuracy, and ease of use. Speeds of up to 1,500 inches of web per minute.

3111/14 EAS aids in theft prevention of goods. Speeds of up to 1,500 inches of web per minute.

3114 Tamp-Blow delivers speed, accuracy, and ease of use. Speeds of up to 1,500 inches of web per minute.

3114 Dual Action Tamp is a two-panel labeler. Speeds of up to 1,500 inches of web per minute.

3115 Wipe-On features ASF allowing product surface profiling to ensure wrinkle-free labeling. Speeds of up to 1,500 inches of web per minute.

3125 Wipe-On for applications requiring high speed and precision. Speeds up to

2,500 inches of web per minute.

3135 Wipe-On for applications requiring high speed and precision. Speeds up to 3,500 inches of web per minute.

3155 Wipe-On for applications requiring high speed and precision. Speeds up to 5,000 inches of web per minute.

Label-Aire 2100 Series

2111 Label Applicator is a high speed Air-Blow labeling machine designed for very accurate label placement. The label is retained by vacuum on a honeycomb applicator grid.

2111/14 Electronic Article Surveillance Label Applicator applies Checkpoint or Sensormatic security tags to virtually any product resulting in controlled losses and reduced costs for retailers.

2111HS High-Speed Label Applicator can apply labels accurately at a blistering 1000 labels/minute on up to a maximum label size of 3 x 3.

2114 Tamp-Blow Label Applicator labeler is a versatile high speed labeler designed for very accurate label placement.

2115 Wipe-On Label Applicator is a high speed stepper driven labeling machine designed for very accurate label placement.
