Large Roll Labels

These new high-speed units will enhance application of most large labels in rolls up to 9" (15" with optional Roll Holder Extension Kit!) in diameter. They permit efficient "FAST" continuous labeling of products with the labels waiting for your personnel and not your personnel waiting for the labels. (butt cut or die cut)

For Computer Fan Fold Forms

Will handle 1-up fan fold labels of any length and multiple row formats up to 15" width.

(For long labels Micro-Switch Extension kit or foot switch required)

LD-100-S

LD-100S dispenses very small or unusual labels that most dispensers can’t handle. It can continuously advance labels at the rate you choose or can be controlled with the included ON-OFF Foot Switch. The LD-100S cleverly strips the label from the label web and then gently places it back on the web for the operator to pick at the front of the machine.

Ideal for production lines and very small or transparent labels

LD-100-RS, LD-200-RS

LD-100RS & LD-200RS use the latest opto-electronic technology so there is just one simple adjustment for label length. A special Reflective Sensor sits below the label and reliably and accurately senses the leading edge of your label. As you pick up a label the next one is automatically and instantly advanced. The modern design presents the label right at the front of the machine.

A “HIGH-LOW” Speed Switch allows to adjust for label length or operator preference. There are no mechanical position switches to cause adjustment or operational problems.
